Terms of engagement.

This page governs how the PivotPro Interiors website is used and the broad terms under which we take on projects. The fine detail of any individual project is captured in the written quote you sign before work starts.

1. The studio

PivotPro Interiors LLC, a Texas LLC (registration 0804729-3, EIN 86-3741290), based at 4218 Industrial Blvd, Suite 210, Plano, TX 75074. References to “we,” “us,” or “the studio” mean PivotPro Interiors LLC.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site, save pages for personal reference, and share links. You may not copy our drawings, photos, or written content for commercial reuse without written permission, scrape the site mechanically, or attempt to interfere with the way it works.

3. Quotes and acceptance

Quotes we issue are fixed for thirty days from the date on the document. A project becomes a binding engagement when both parties sign the quote and you pay the deposit set out in it. Any additions on site that change the scope are documented in writing before they are carried out.

4. Site access and conditions

We need safe and reasonable access to the rooms we are working in, basic utilities (power and water), and a tidy area to set up dust controls. Anything we damage as a direct result of our work is repaired at our cost. Pre-existing damage is documented at the start of the visit so it can be told apart from anything new.

5. Materials and warranties

We use commercial-grade plaster, finish, and LED components from named suppliers. Plaster work carries a five-year defect warranty against cracking caused by our installation; LED strip carries a six-year transferable warranty against driver and luminance failure. Movement caused by structural settlement, water damage from outside our scope, or third-party alterations is excluded.

6. Payment

Standard schedule is 30% on signing, 40% at material delivery, 30% at hand-back. Larger projects move to a milestone schedule, recorded in the quote. Invoices are due on the date stated; overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month from the due date.

7. Cancellation

Either side can cancel at any time before work starts on site. Costs already incurred (drawings, materials ordered) are reimbursed against receipts. Once work has started, cancellation terms are set out in the signed quote.

8. Liability

Our total liability under any project is capped at the total invoiced value of that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of Collin County in the first instance.

10. Contact
