This page explains what information we collect when you use the PivotPro Interiors website, why we collect it, and what we do (and never do) with it.
Who we are
PivotPro Interiors LLC, a Texas limited liability company with its registered studio at 4218 Industrial Blvd, Suite 210, Plano, TX 75074. For privacy questions, write to [email protected] or call (469) 555-0184.
What information we collect
We collect three things:
- Information you give us — the name, email, phone number, and project details you enter into the booking form on the contact page.
- Information your browser sends — standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and referring page, recorded in our server logs for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies you accept — a small cookie that remembers whether you have already chosen a cookie preference. We do not run advertising trackers, social pixels, or third-party analytics by default.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, schedule a walk-through, and put together a written estimate.
- To follow up on a project after it is finished, including warranty visits.
- To keep the website operational and protected against abuse.
We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing, and we never sell or rent it to anybody.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months in case you come back to us. Project files (drawings, invoices, warranty records) are kept for the longer of seven years or the duration of the warranty. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Who sees it
The studio team and our accountant. We use a small number of vetted third-party tools (email hosting, calendar, accounting) under standard data-processing agreements. Information is stored on servers in the United States.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete the record entirely, except where we have a legal obligation to keep it.
- Stop using your information for a particular purpose.
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy request” and we will respond within ten working days.
Children
The site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this notice
If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date at the top of the page and, where appropriate, notify recent enquirers by email.
